Rabdi

The rabri (or rabdi rich and creamy Indian dessert , prepared from whole milk slowly reduced , of sweet and scented concentrated milk with spices such as cardamom , sometimes saffron and embellished with dried fruit . It often accompanies sweets like Malpua , Jalebi or can be enjoyed alone, very fresh.
