Pork tenderloin with garlic and lemon ( Lombo de Porco com Alho e Limão ) is a classic Portuguese dish. This tenderloin is marinated with garlic, lemon juice, and spices before being slow-cooked, resulting in tender and flavorful meat. A favorite at family meals, it's often served with roasted potatoes and a green salad. I really enjoy lemon-marinated meats, but you also have to like garlic, otherwise, this might not be for you. Or perhaps you should try Senegalese Chicken Yassa —it's amazing! This naturally gluten-free is easy to prepare and will bring wonderful Mediterranean flavors to your meal.
