  1. Use ready-made shortcrust pastry or make this recipe here . Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Roll out the pastry and line a tart tin. Prick the base with a fork.

  2. Blind bake for 15 minutes, using baking paper and baking weights or dried beans. Remove the paper and bake for a further 5 minutes to brown lightly.
  3. To prepare the praline cream: In a saucepan, heat the cream over medium heat with the crushed pink pralines. Stir until completely dissolved and a homogeneous mixture is obtained (approximately 15 minutes).

  4. Pour the praline cream over the pre-baked tart base and let it rest at room temperature.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the filling to set properly.
