Mix all the marinade ingredients together and coat the chicken cubes (oil, lemon, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper). Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the tzatziki by mixing the yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, olive oil, lemon and dill. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate.

Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers and grill them in a pan, oven or barbecue until golden brown.
