Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the beef pieces with the garlic, bay leaf, coarse salt and pepper.

Add a drizzle of olive oil and leave to marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat the grill or prepare a barbecue.

Thread the pieces of meat onto the skewers.

Cook on the grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning regularly until the meat is nicely browned.

Serve hot, accompanied by Milho Frito or gluten-free bread.
