Charoset is one of the most symbolic dishes of the Passover Seder meal , representing the mortar used by the Hebrews in Egypt. This sweet mixture of , and spices evokes both past suffering and future hope. Present on every Seder plate, charoset is also a truly delicious, natural, and gluten-free treat . Soft, fruity, and fragrant with cinnamon, it's quick to prepare with simple ingredients, often already in your kitchen.
