Rich in colors, flavors and symbolism, this salad represents prosperity, luck and harmony. We had the opportunity to participate in these festivities and this meal several times during our stay in Singapore and we have excellent memories of it. In this salad, each ingredient has a special meaning, and the ritual of collective mixing overhead with chopsticks symbolizes the wish for an abundant year for all.
