Asia is the largest and most populous continent, boasting an impressive cultural and culinary diversity. From India to China, and including Japan and Thailand, each country offers unique culinary traditions based on local ingredients such as rice, vegetables, and spices. The richness of flavors, ranging from sweet to savory to spicy, reflects the diversity of Asian cultures and climates. In India, basmati rice, lentils, and vegetables dominate, with dishes like dhal and curries. In Thailand, fragrant soups and curries are often served with jasmine rice. Japan offers rice-based dishes like sushi and sashimi, as well as a wide variety of vegetables. In Vietnam, Banh Cuon is a small, meat-filled crepe that is naturally gluten-free.
