  1. Slice the vegetables finely (julienne style).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets
  3. Slice the onions
  4. Pound together the garlic, salt, ginger, chili pepper
  5. Heat the oil, and fry each vegetable separately but do not let it soften: they will continue to cook in a large dish as you go.
  6. Heat some oil and fry the onions for a few minutes
  7. Add the crushed mixture then the turmeric.
  8. Mix well and pour over the vegetables.
  9. Add the vinegar (measure according to your taste) and mix
  10. Let cool before serving
