This dish, also known as Pad Kra Pao Moo Sap , is a traditional Thai street food dish. This quick stir-fry combines ground beef with aromatic ingredients such as garlic, chili pepper and Thai basil. We find the spicy, slightly sweet and salty touch, typical of Thai gastronomy. Simple to prepare, it is generally eaten with jasmine rice and garnished with a fried egg.
