Garlic and lemon filet mignon ( Lombo from Porco Com Alho E Limão ) is a classic recipe for Portuguese cuisine. This cute net is marinated with garlic, lemon juice and spices before being cooked slowly, offering a tender and scented flesh. Very appreciated during family meals, it is often served with roasted potatoes and a green salad. I very much appreciate the marinated meat with lemon, but you also have to like garlic, otherwise pass your turn or let yourself be tempted by the Senegalese Yassa chicken , it's a killing! gluten -free dish is easy to prepare and will bring your meal beautiful Mediterranean flavors.
