I had some leftover Dim Sum stuffing, so I made some gluten-free pork samosas, with rice papers.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Put water in a large plate and soak the rice paper in the water for 20 seconds. Place it on a plate. Cut it in half with scissors. If you wish, fold the rounded part of the sheet to form a rectangle. Place a teaspoon of stuffing (I used the rest of my Dim Sum stuffing) at the left end of the rectangle. Fold and fold the sheet on itself, enclosing the stuffing.

Repeat the operation for the 10 samosas.

Brush the samosas with oil and cook in the oven for around fifteen minutes or until golden brown.
