I had some Dim Sum filling left over, so I made some gluten-free pork samosas with rice paper.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Pour some water into a large dish and soak the rice paper in the water for 20 seconds. Place it on a plate. Cut it in half with scissors. If desired, fold the rounded part of the sheet over to form a rectangle. Place a teaspoon of filling (I used leftover dim sum filling) at the left end of the rectangle. Fold the sheet over itself, enclosing the filling.

Repeat the process for all 10 samosas.

Brush the samosas with oil and bake in the oven for about fifteen minutes or until golden brown.
