Whether it is a Brazilian tropical cocktail, a comforting Nordic infusion or a refreshing Thai drink, here are 13 recipes from all over the globe to test for an original and festive aperitif or to start your Valentine's Day .

🇧🇷 1. Capirinha with passion fruit - Brazil 🍍

Ingredients (for 1 glass):

  • passion fruit
  • 1/2 lime
  • 2 tsp. cane sugar
  • 6 cl of Cachaça
  • Crushed ice cubes

Preparation:
1️⃣ extract the pulp from passion fruit.
2️⃣ Crush the lime with the sugar in a glass.
3️⃣ Add the pulp, then fill the glass with pounded ice cubes.
4️⃣ Pour the Cachaça and stir gently.


🇯🇵 2. Matcha Sour - Japan 🍵

Ingredients (for 1 glass):

  • 4 cl of Japanese whiskey
  • 2 cl of lemon juice
  • 1 cl of sugar syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. matcha powder
  • egg white (optional)
  • Ice

Preparation:
1️⃣ Sift the matcha to avoid lumps.
2️⃣ Mix all the ingredients in a shaker and shake dry (without ice).
3️⃣ Add ice cubes and shake again.
4️⃣ Filter in a glass and sprinkle with a pinch of Matcha.


🇸🇪 3. Nordic mulled wine in the berries - Scandinavia 🍷

Ingredients (for 2 glasses):

  • 25 cl red wine
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick
  • cloves
  • 1 pinch of cardamom
  • 50 g of red berries (areas, blueberries, raspberries)

Preparation:
1️⃣ Heat the wine gently with honey and spices.
2️⃣ Add the berries and let steep for 10 minutes.
3️⃣ Filter and serve hot.


🇹🇭 4. Mango lassi with coconut milk - Thailand 🥭

Ingredients (for 1 glass):

  • 1/2 ripe mango
  • 10 cl coconut milk
  • 5 plane yogurt
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Ice

Preparation:
1️⃣ Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth texture.
2️⃣ Serve fresh with a few pieces of mango in decoration.


🇮🇹 5. Bellini - Italy 🍑

Ingredients (for 1 glass):

  • 6 cl of prosecco
  • 4 cl of white peach puree
  • 1 line of lemon juice

Preparation:
1️⃣ Mix the peaches to obtain a smooth puree.
2️⃣ Pour the puree into a flute, add a line of lemon juice.
3️⃣ Complete with very fresh prosecco and stir gently.


🇫🇮 6. Sangria with grenade and citrus fruits - Spain 🍷🍊

Ingredients (for 1 pitcher)

  • 50 cl red wine
  • 10 cl of grenade juice
  • 1 orange slices
  • 1/2 lemon in slices
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 5 cl of orange liqueur (optional)
  • Gaser water and ice cubes

Preparation:
1️⃣ Mix the wine, pomegranate juice, sugar and citrus slices in a pitcher.
2️⃣ Leave to rest in the fridge for 2 hours.
3️⃣ Add ice cubes and a little sparkling water before serving.


🇬🇷 7. Ouzo Tonic - Greece 🍸

Ingredients (for 1 glass)

  • 4 cl of Ouzo
  • 10 cl of tonic
  • lemon slice
  • Ice

Preparation:
1️⃣ Fill a glass of ice cubes.
2️⃣ Pour the Uzo and complete with the tone.
3️⃣ Add a lemon slice and stir gently.


🇩🇰 8. SPRITZ AS Airelles - Denmark 🍷

Ingredients (for 1 glass)

  • 5 cl of area juice (you can replace it with just cranberry or grenade )
  • 10 cl of sparkling wine
  • 2 cl of bay liqueur (optional)
  • Ice

Preparation:
1️⃣ Pour the area juice into a glass filled with ice cubes.
2️⃣ Add the liquor (optional) and complete with sparkling wine.
3️⃣ stir slightly before serving.


🇮🇸 9. Vanilla and ginger infusion - Tahiti 🌺

Ingredients (for 1 cup)

  • 25 cl of hot water
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • 1/2 Tahiti vanilla
  • Fresh ginger puck

Preparation:
1️⃣ Heat the water and add the split vanilla pod and ginger.
2️⃣ Leave to infuse 5 to 10 minutes .
3️⃣ Add the honey and taste hot.


🇳🇴 10. Swedish coffee with cardamom notes - Sweden ☕

Ingredients (for 1 cup)

  • 1 cup of filter coffee
  • 1/2 tsp. Cardamom covered cardamom
  • 1 tsp. of sugar (optional)

Preparation:
1️⃣ Add the ground Cardamom to the ground coffee before infusion.
2️⃣ Filter like a classic coffee.
3️⃣ Success according to tastes and taste hot.


🇵🇫 11. May Tai revisited with coconut milk: Tahiti Tropical Cocktail 🍹

Ingredients (for 1 glass)

  • 4 cl of Rhum Ambré
  • 2 cl of white rum
  • 2 cl of coconut milk
  • 1.5 cl of orgeat syrup
  • 1.5 cl of triple dry (Cointreau, Grand Marnier, or Curaçao Orange)
  • 2 cl of lime juice
  • Ice
  • pineapple slice and 1 sheet of mint for decoration

Preparation 1️⃣ In a shaker, pour the two rums, coconut milk, orgeat syrup, triple dry and lime juice.
2️⃣ Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3️⃣ Pour into a glass filled with crushed ice.
4️⃣ Decorate with a slice of pineapple and a sheet of mint.
5️⃣ taste immediately with a straw!


🇮🇳 12. Punch namaste: Indian cocktail with spices and mango 🍹

Ingredients (for 1 glass)

Alcohol -free version 🌿

  • 10 cl of fresh mango juice
  • 4 cl of sparkling water or tonic
  • 1 cl of lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. grated ginger
  • 1 pinch of mold
  • 1 tsp. syrup or cane sugar
  • Ice
  • Mint leaves and a slice of lime for decoration

Alcohol version 🍸

  • Replace sparkling water with 4 cl of gin or white rum

Preparation

1️⃣ In a shaker, mix the mango juice, lime juice, grated ginger, cardamom and honey syrup.
2️⃣ Add ice cubes and shake vigorously.
3️⃣ Filter in a glass filled with ice cubes.
4️⃣ Complete with sparkling water or tone (or alcohol if you choose the alcoholic version).
5️⃣ Decorate with a mint sheet and a lime washer .


🇫🇷13. Kir Royal: Elegant and sparkling French aperitif 🍾

🥂 Ingredients (for 1 glass)

  • 9 cl of champagne brut very fresh
  • 1 cl of blackcurrant cream (or raspberry cream for a variant)

🍸 Preparation

1️⃣ Pour the blackcurrant cream into the bottom of a flute.
2️⃣ Complete slowly with fresh champagne to preserve the bubbles.
3️⃣ Do not stir, blackcurrant cream naturally mixes.
4️⃣ Serve immediately and enjoy!
