8 raw peeled shrimp

1tbsp fish sauce
1/4tsp ground black pepper
1tbsp vegetable oil (or coconut oil for more flavor)

Peel and devein the shrimp if this has not already been done. Cut them into small pieces.

In a large bowl, crack the eggs and beat them. Add the chopped shrimp, chives, fish sauce, and black pepper. Mix everything well so that the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, pour the egg and shrimp mixture into the pan.
