70gof dried cranberries

Preparation

Blanch the green beans: Boil salted water in a large saucepan. Plunge the green beans in for 5 minutes, then drain. Set aside.

Sauté the green beans: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté briefly. Add the green beans and sauté for 5 minutes.
