Ingredients
  • 600 g of lamb (cut into pieces)
  • 2 sliced ​​onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 piece of grated fresh ginger (2 cm)
  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1 cc of cashmere pepper (or sweet pepper)
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 cloves
  • 3 green cardamom pods
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 250 ml of water or broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh coriander for decoration
Preparation
  1. 1- Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the onions until golden.
  2. 2- Add the garlic, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and bay leaf. Leave to roast 1 minute.
  3. 3- Incorporate paprika, chili, cumin, coriander and turmeric. Mix quickly.
