Panna Cotta with red fruits (Italy)

Panna cotta is an Italian dessert, loved for its creamy texture and simplicity. Originally from Piedmont, it is traditionally prepared with cream, sugar and gelatin. This dessert is perfect to end a meal on a sweet and light note. In this version, I chose to mix red fruits and Panna Cotta.
