  • 500 g of chicken white, cut into cubes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • For tzatziki
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 grated cucumber or finely sliced ​​and drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp of dill or fresh mint
  • Salt and pepper
Preparation
  1. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade and coat the chicken cubes (oil, lemon, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper). Leave to marinate 30 min minimum.

  2. Prepare the tzatziki by mixing the yogurt, the grated cucumber, the garlic, the olive oil, the lemon and the dill. Salt, pepper and keep cool.

  3. Put on the chicken pieces on skewers and toast them in the pan, in the oven or in the barbecue until they are golden brown.

  4. Serve the hot souvlakis with the tzatziki as an accompaniment.
