Garlic jumper: a gourmet Spanish classic and gluten -free 🇪🇸🦐

Tapas: Garlic jumped shrimp, Spain

The Al Ajillo prawns , or shrimp with garlic and sweet chili , are among the typical tapas of Spanish cuisine . Served warm in a terracotta pan, they give off a delicious perfume of golden garlic and olive oil , raised by a touch of soft chili. I have an excellent memory because, with the one who became my husband, we discovered them during our first romantic weekend in Spain. This dish, naturally gluten -free , is preparing in a few minutes and is ideally accompanied by a small fresh salad and/or a glass of white wine 😇. Originally from Andalusia, this recipe is perfect for an aperitif or a light dinner with Iberian flavors.
