We've been eating pak choi since our time in Singapore. I usually cook it the Chinese way, with garlic, soy sauce, and oyster sauce (see this recipe), but I wanted to try a different way to prepare it. This Japanese recipe with miso and sesame is a delightful surprise: quick and easy to make while still preserving the crunch of the pak choi. This gluten-free is perfect with steamed rice or grilled fish. The white miso (shiro miso) adds a touch of sweetness, while the toasted sesame seeds enhance the flavor. Rich in nutrients, this dish is an excellent option for a healthy and balanced diet. Whether you're a fan of Japanese cuisine or simply looking for a unique side dish, this stir-fried pak choi with miso is a great choice.
