Jacket potatoes are baked potatoes, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Typically stuffed with cheese, bacon, or cream, they make a perfect side dish for a Guy Fawkes Night meal. This is, of course, a gluten-free recipe that allows you to enjoy a delicious meal.

Ingredients
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 100g of gluten-free grated cheese
  • 100g fresh cream or coconut cream
  • 100g ( of bacon optional)
  • Salt and pepper
Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the potatoes and pierce them with a fork.

    Place them directly on the oven rack and bake for about 1 hour, until tender.

    Meanwhile, grill the bacon, then crumble it if you are using it.

    Remove the potatoes from the oven, cut them in half and top them with cream, cheese and bacon. Season to taste.
