Jacket Potatoes (British Baked Potatoes)

Potato jackets are baked potatoes, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Generally stuffed with cheese, bacon or cream, they are a perfect accompaniment for a meal of Guy Fawkes Night. It is of course a gluten -free recipe that allows you to enjoy a good meal.

Ingredients

4 large potatoes
100 g gluten-free grated cheese
100 g crème fraîche or coconut cream
100g bacon (optional )
Salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash the potatoes and pierce them with a fork.

Place them directly on the oven rack and cook for about 1 hour, until tender.

Meanwhile, grill the bacon, then crumble it if using it.

Remove the potatoes from the oven, cut them in half and top with cream, cheese and bacon. Season to taste.

You can also cook the potatoes in your Ninja Foodi, 45 minutes at 200 degrees, in bake mode
