Ingredients

4 ripe tomatoes
2 green peppers (or sweet Turkish peppers)
1 red chili pepper (depending on your spice tolerance)
1 red onion
1 bunch of fresh parsley
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses (can be replaced with date syrup or reduced balsamic vinegar)
1 lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 tbsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Finely chop the vegetables: Chop the tomatoes, peppers, chili pepper, onion, and parsley as finely as possible. For a more traditional texture, use a food processor or a very sharp knife.

Mix and season: In a large bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables. Add the pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat all the ingredients.

Let it rest: Allow the salad to rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop. Serve it chilled, alongside grilled meat or with gluten-free bread.
