  • 500 g of chicken pieces
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp crushed Kampot pepper (or black pepper)
  • 2 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and fresh coriander to garnish
