Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper. Mix.
Bake for 15 minutes until the tomatoes burst slightly.
Place the burrata on a plate, add the roasted tomatoes around it.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with fresh basil.
