Bulgogi a traditional dish in South Korea. It literally means "meat in the fire", associates with thin slices of beef marinated in a mixture of gluten -free soy sauce, sugar, sesame and garlic. The meat is then grilled or saved at high temperature, allowing sweet and savory flavors to mix perfectly. Simple to prepare and yet interesting in taste, Bulgogi is often served with rice and vegetables, such as bibimbap , constituting a full meal.
Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, combine the gluten-free soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, grated pear, sesame seeds, mirin (if using), and a pinch of black pepper .
Bulgogi can also be cooked on a barbecue. It is also commonly served with Bibimbap .
